What is Clever?
The Clever portal provides you with a single password that will help you to log into all elearning services using a single login. Go to your Clever portal to access NewsELA, Schoology, GSuite, and a ton of other resources available to your school and classroom.

You can sign into clever by going to the following URL and signing in with your HCPS username and password. Some administrators and support staff may be presented with 2 options when logging into Clever - Staff or Teacher. Those users that choose "Staff" will be taken to a seperate portal giving them access to school-wide reports and data.

Once logged in to the Clever Portal you will have access to all of the digital tools that are available to you and your students. Clicking on many of the apps will give you instant access to that tool - no additional sign-in required!

Troubleshooting
In many cases, only teachers with active sections in PowerSchool will have access to the digital products we have subscribed to as a district. For example, an elementary Homeroom teacher will have access to Dreambox, but NOT an art teacher or support staff. If a non-homeroom/collaborative teacher needs access to the app they will need to be added in PowerSchool by the PowerSchool admin as a co-teacher of the course.
